How to place a custom order?

To place a custom order with “Off The Rack”(a subsidiary of Full Cart Official), please either select a mock item and pay your refundable deposit of $25. The deposit is only refundable if we cannot fulfill the order. Pricing will then be discussed based on if you added any addons that is not included with the mock order. Once we confirm that we can fulfill, we will begin work on the design. Once you approve the design, full payment will be due before any work is completed. You will be updated with tracking information once your order ships. 

What if I don’t like the custom order? Can I request a refund? 

Once you approve the design, no refunds will be approved. All sales are final on custom orders. 

Do you offer bulk pricing on custom orders?

Yes. Please inquire about bulk orders. We consider bulk orders more than 25 items. Anything less than 25, you will pay a per item charge. We do, however, have specials throughout the year on bulk orders.
